HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR IPLAYSENECA?
It’s FREE and easy to sign up for iPlaySeneca. Simply click the sign-up link and enter your details. Please note: you must be age 21+ to use iPlaySeneca.
IS IT FREE TO JOIN?
Yes. Joining is absolutely free. Every new player is welcomed with free Credits, so you can start playing right away!
WHAT ARE CREDITS?
Every iPlaySeneca player has an account containing Credits. These Credits are used to play the games on iPlaySeneca.
HOW DO I GET MORE CREDITS?
You automatically receive free credits when you log back into your account each day. You can also spin our Fortune Wheel every four hours to receive more free Credits. If you run out or simply want more right away, you may also wish to purchase additional Credit packages with a valid form of payment. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as debit card or PayPal.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR REDEEM MY CREDITS?
No. Credits are only used to play the games on iPlaySeneca, and are for entertainment value only. Credits cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money or money's worth at any time.
HOW CAN I PERSONALIZE MY ACCOUNT?
Receive an additional 5,000 FREE Credits when you personalize your account. To do so, click on your account icon, select “Personalize” and enter your information. Once you have personalized your account, your name (first name and last name initial) will appear on our Leaderboards.
WHAT IS A LEADERBOARD?
Our Leaderboard keeps track of players with the highest winnings. We have several concurrent Leaderboards that showcase the top daily, weekly, monthly, tables and poker winners. Top players receive extra Credits based on rank. Keep an eye out for custom promotional Leaderboards, too!

WHAT ARE XP POINTS AND HOW ARE THEY CALCULATED?
Experience Points, or “XP Points”, are points earned by players for staking on all slot games on iPlaySeneca. The more you stake, the faster you earn XP Points and the faster you move up the XP Levels. You’ll receive increasing bonus Credits every time you move up a level. You can also earn XP Points for every game you play, so try all the games to get the most XP Points possible!
